Jerry Gilmore has been performing professional concerts and events since January 1994, as part of the male quartet The Envoys. In June of 1999 he decided to follow the call of God on his life and begin a solo song evangelism ministry with the purpose of building up the body of Christ and reaching the lost. That decision has led Jerry to full time ministry in the service of our Lord.

In 1996 he traveled to Nigeria, West Africa where he had an opportunity to bring Gospel music to thousands of Nationals and missionaries. He has participated in music ministry for such missions organizations as Society for International Missions (SIM), Walk Through the Bible, The Charlotte Rescue Mission and the International Fellowship of Mission Agencies (IFMA). In addition to ministering nationally and internationally Jerry has continued to evangelize in his home church and community through singing and sharing for Sunday worship services, special services and functions, and for organizations such as The Men of Charlotte.
